My story
From the south of Morocco to the heart of the Medina
I came to Marrakech from the south of Morocco fourteen years ago to pursue my studies, and quickly fell in love with the city. That passion led me to a PhD in Tourism, with a thesis on heritage, tourism and innovation in the Marrakech medina.
Before real estate, I built my experience in hospitality, cultural mediation and luxury property management. These roles taught me to read a riad, a neighbourhood or a hotel project not only as real estate, but as a living asset shaped by history, culture and the people who bring it to life. For the past six years, I have been advising buyers, sellers and investors at Morocco Sotheby’s International Realty.
Today I accompany private buyers, family offices and international investors, many of them high-profile clients who value absolute discretion, in the acquisition, valuation and repositioning of exceptional homes and hospitality assets across Morocco. I work in Arabic, French and English, with working Spanish, and I am also the founder of DaryCare, a luxury property management company.
